TheMIPsofsulpiridewaspreparedbybulkpolymerizationmethodwithMAAasfunctionalmonomerundertheoptimizedexperimentalconditions.Theoptimumconditionswereasfollowing:0.3mmolsulpiride,1.2mmolMAA,6mLacetonitrile,thentheobtainedpolymerafterpolymerizationwaselutedwithmethanol–aceticacid(9:1).TheadsorptivityoftheMIPsweremeasuredbythestaticabsorptiontest,anditsstructurewasalsocharacterizedthroughFouriertransforminfraredspectroscopy(FTIR)andscanningelectronmicroscope(SEM).TheobtainedresultsshowedthattheMIPshadhigherspecificrecognitioncapabilitytosulpiride,anditsimprintedfactorvaluewas3.77.Thecharacteristicofa
