丹红注射液与环磷腺苷葡胺在冠心病不稳定型心绞痛中的治疗价值 　　【摘要】 目的 观察丹红注射液和环磷腺苷葡胺治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的治疗价值。方法 200例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者， 随机分为治疗组和对照组， 各100例。治疗组给予丹红注射液和环磷腺苷葡胺治疗， 对照组给予环磷腺苷葡胺治疗。观察两组临床疗效。结果 治疗组心绞痛改善总有效率为92%， 高于对照组的84%， 但差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗组心电图改善总有效率为94%， 高于对照组的85%， 差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗组患者治疗后C反应蛋白（CRP）为（5.24±2.38）mg/L， 低于对照组的（6.15±2.19）mg/L；B型尿钠肽（BNP）为（52.90±45.24）pg/ml， 低于对照组的（69.70±39.64）pg/ml， 差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 丹红注射液和环磷腺苷葡胺治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛安全方便， 可明显提高临床疗效。 　　【关键词】 丹红注射液；环磷腺苷葡胺；冠心病；不稳定型心绞痛 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2016.32.072 　　【Abstract】 Objective To observe treatment value of Danhong injection and meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate in the treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris. Methods A total of 200 patients with coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group and control group， with 100 cases in each group. The treatment group received Danhong injection and meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate for treatment， and the control group received meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate for treatment. Clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment group had higher total effective rate of angina pectoris improvement as 92% than 84% in the control group， and the difference had no statistical significance （P0.05）. The treatment group had higher total effective rate of electrocardiogram improvement as 94% than 85% in the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. The treatment group had lower C-reactive protein （CRP） as （5.24±2.38） mg/L after treatment than （6.15±2.19） mg/L in the control group， and its B-type natriuretic peptide （BNP） was lower as （52.90±45.24） pg/ml than （69.70±39.64） pg/ml in the control group. Their difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion Danhong injection and meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate is safe and convenient in treating coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris， and it can remarkably improve clinical effect. 　　【Key words】 Danhon
