摘要总体城市设计是实现城市空间有序建设、资源合理分配的重要手段，其核心作用在于为城市发展提供一种具备普适性、可持续性和宜居性的空间形态模式与整体框架。本研究以城市新区为对象，针对当前国内新区建设浪潮中普遍存在的自然生态环境破坏、城市风貌千面一城等问题，借助国内外相关领域的研究理论与实践成果，提出城市设计应以生态理念为指导，以化解城市化与自然资源、生态环境之间的矛盾为出发点，并在充分研究城市设计的发展历程与功能作用的基础上，试探性地提出了生态优先的总体城市设计思路，以自然环境、空间结构、用地功能、城市意向、景观风貌五大要素控制为抓手，同时采用“先底后图”的方法，通过外围自然环境评价、生态网络系统搭建、绿色开敞空间布局、整体城市形态塑造、生态宜居风貌打造等策略，将生态文明的理念落实到城市总体设计之中，达到增加城市空间宜居性、提高城市环境品质、满足人的活动要求、促进城市可持续发展等的目的，最终实现自然、城市、人在空间布局中的共生。基于此，提炼出了一整套在生态视阈下切实可用的总体城市设计方法与策略，这在当前中国新型城镇化推进中，尤其是美丽中国的建设中具有一定的现实意义和应用价值。文章最后以福建连北新区为例，将理论付诸于实践中，进一步检验研究成果的操作性与实用性。关键词：生态视阈，新区建设，总体城市设计，连北新区IAbstractOverallurbandesignistoconstructtheurbanspaceinanorderlywayandtodistributeresourcesinareasonableway.Itscoreroleistoprovideaspaceformandtheoverallframeworkwithauniversal,sustainableandlivablemodeforcitydevelopment.Thisstudy,takingnewurbandistrictasresearchobject,mainlyfocusesonnaturalecologicalenvironmentdestructionandsimilarityofnewcitiesduringcurrentconstructionofnewurbancities.Referringtorelatedtheoryandpracticeathomeandabroad,thispaperagreesthaturbandesignshouldbeguidedbytheconceptofecologicalurbandesigninordertoresolvethecontradictionbetweentheurbanization,thenaturalresourcesandecologicalenvironment.Afterresearchingthedevelopmenthistoryofurbandesignanditsfunction,thisstudytentativelyputsforwardthatecologicalenvironmentshouldbepriortooverallurbandesign,whichmeansgeneralurbandesignshouldbecarriedouttakingnaturalenvironment,spatialstructure,landfunction,intentionandlandscape.Designbuleprintscanbemadeonthatbaisis.Atthesametime,throughtheperipheralnaturalenvironmentevaluation,theinternalecologicalsystemorganization,ecologicalnetworksystemconstruction,theoverallurbanformshapingandecologicallylivablelandscapebuildingshallbealltakenintoaccountwhenperformingurbandesigns.Thusthehabitabilityofurbanspacecanbeincreased,thequalityofurbanenvironmentcanbeimproved,humanactivitiescanbesatisfiedandsustainableurbandevelopmentcanbepromoted.Basedonwhich,thepurposeofmakingnaturalsystem,cityandhumansliveharmoniouslytogethercanbe
