This paper is researching about the shearing perforcement of the segmental mixed arrangment of internal prestressing and external prestressing box girder beam through shearing failure test of 3 test beams, and draws the oblique section shear bearing capacity formula of internal prestressing and external prestressing box girder beam, analyses the mechanical performance using the finite element analysis software. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows: By the shearing failure test, this paper researches the failure form and crack development process of the mixed arrangment of internal prestressing and external prestressing box girder beam, at the same time analyses the mechanical characteristics of members based on the previous relevant test reaserch results, points out that the segmental box girder beam has good ductility and obvious failure symptom, also explains that the beam’s final failure form closely related to the arrangment of prestressed reinforcement and the development of diagonal crack and other
