我国企业物流成本管理中存在的问题以及降低物流成本的途径 摘要 如今，经济全球化、市场一体化的趋势日益加强，企业面对变化无常、竞争激烈的市场环境以及顾客需求多样化、个性化和消费水平的不断提高，物流管理越来越被企业所重视。而有效地物流成本控制又是物流管理成功的要素。 物流作为“第三利润源”的重要作用已经日益为人们所知晓。如何有效的控制物流成本，以尽可能小的投入提供尽可能好的服务是企业物流部门以及物流企业所面临的重要课题。在理论上解决物流成本居高不下的问题，合理分配资源，降低物流成本。是促进我国经济发展的重要一环。 本文主要由五个章节构成： ，阐述了研究物流活动和物流成本管理的背景和意义，并通过对物流概念的演变，指出国内外就物流成本管理的研究现状，强化我国物流成本管理研究。 ，阐述了物流管理和物流成本管理的涵义，归纳了有关物流管理的理论学说。 ，介绍了我国物流成本管理的现状，以及就我国在物流成本管理方面存在的问题做了简要的分析。 ，在对我国物流成本管理存在的问题的分析上，提出了几种具体的方法和途径，以期达到降低企业物流成本的目的。 ，案例分析，以安利公司为例，介绍了其采用的降低物流成本的方法所带来的好处。 【关键词】　物流 物流成本 降低成本途径 Abstract Now, the economic globalization, the market integration trend strengthened day by day, the enterprise facing changeable, competition.
