武汉工程大学本科毕业设计（论文） PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 1 摘要 该办公楼位于天门市，是五层框架结构。办公楼总长57.6m，宽16.8m，总高18.3m。此设计为五层钢筋混凝土框架结构办公楼，分为建筑设计和结构设计两部分。在总体规划的前提下，根据设计任务书的要求，采用天正建筑和PKPM软件进行设计，综合考虑了使用功能、施工、材料、建筑设备、建筑艺术及经济等因素。在建筑选型方面，采用“一”字型布置。 在完成结构部分的计算之后，依据建筑方案和结构设计计算结果完成结构部分的施工图设计。结构设计内容主要是框架设计，首先必须满足水平地震力作用下的框架侧移验算的要求，其次还要满足风荷载作用下的框架侧移验算的要求。 关键词：钢筋混凝土；框架结构；抗震设计；内力组合； Abstract The office is located in Tianmen: five layers framework structure. The length of office building is 57.6m, the width is 16.8m, the height is 18.3m. The design for a five-layer reinforced concrete frame office building which divided into two parts-- building design and structure design. The architectural design is the premise of the overall plan, according to the requirements of the design mission, use PKPM software to design structure, considering the functional use, construction, materials, construction equipment, architectural art and economy,using— font layout in construction shape. After completing the calculation structure part,structure of the construction design was completed on the basis of the construction scheme and the structure design. This scheme is a business office building, reinforced concrete frame structure is divided into five layers.The main content of structure design is the framework for the design stage,which must satisfy the request of motion checking under the action of horizontal seismic force firstly,secondly,it has to meet the request of motion checking under the action of wind force.
