南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文 南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文 我国城市社区治理中政府主导的多元主体互动合作治理模式研究- 我国城市社区治理中政府主导的多元主体互动合作治理模式研究-以南京为例 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 改革开放以来，“社区制”引入中国，一场以社区建设为旗帜的改革运动延伸到各个角 落，城市社区治理成为了当今中国社区治理的先遣队。随着治理方式改革和发展，“强政府、 弱社会”传统治理模式的局限性渐渐显露，更多的社区组织参预到社区治理之中，面对这种 状况，如何摆正政府主体的角色与地位，如何推进社区治理的发展和提升，急切需要理顺社 区治理主体的地位及相互关系，构建一个更为合理的社区治理模式。 基于上述思路，论文首先对本项研究的背景和意义进行介绍，并对国内外社区治理模式 进行综述；其次，论文界定了关键概念，对论文中所应用的相关理论进行了阐述；然后，论 文从理论上分析政府主导的多元主体互动合作治理模式，包括原则和各主体的地位角色分 析；接着，论文对社区治理的现状进行实证调查，分析各个主体存在的问题，针对问题找出 根源；最后，论文提出推进政府主导的多元主体互动合作模式的路径。 通过以上研究，论文分析了城市社区治理的现状与存在问题，提出推进政府主导的多元 主体互动合作治理模式的具体路径，对于现有治理理论的发展具有一定的推动作用；另一方 面对我国社区如何更好地进行治理具有一定的参考价值。 关键词：社区治理模式，政府主导，多元主体互动合作 ABSTRACT Since the reform and opening-up,community systemintroduced into China,a banner with community building reform movement was extends to every corner,urban community governance has become the advance team of community governance in china today.With the reform and development of governance,the limitations of traditional management practicesstrong government,weak society gradually appear,more community organizations to participate in community governance,in the face of this situation,the role and status of how to put the government in community governance,and how to promote the development and promotion of community governance,urgent need to rationalize community control the main body status and the relationship, construct a more reasonable model of community governance. Basing to the above logic,the paper first introduces the background and significance of the study and the summary of domestic and foreign community governance model.Secondly,defines the key concepts and elaborates the related theory.Then the paper analysis the government-led multi-party interaction and cooperation governance model in theory,including the principles and the main body status role analysis.Next,the paper investigates the situation,problems and reasons in urban community.Finally,the paper puts forward the strategic advice for the multiplex participation mode
