PAGE I 四层电梯PLC控制系统 摘 要 随着科学技术的发展，近年来我国的电梯生产技术得到了迅速发展。目前电梯控制系统主要有三种控制方式：继电路控制系统(早期安装的电梯多位继电器控制系统)、PLC控制系统、微机控制系统。继电器控制系统由于故障率高、可靠性差、控制方式不灵活以及消耗功率大等缺点，目前已逐渐被淘汰。微机控制系统虽在智能控制方面有较强的功能，但也存在抗扰性差，系统设计复杂，一般维修人员难以掌握其维修技术等缺陷。而PLC控制系统由于运行可靠性高，使用维修方便，抗干扰性强,设计和调试周期较短，倍受人们重视等优点，已成为目前在电梯控制系统中使用最多的控制方式，目前也广泛用于传统继电器控制系统的技术改造。 电梯的电气系统由拖动系统和控制系统两部分组成。目前电梯设计使用可编程控制器(PLC)，功能变化灵活，编程简单，故障少，噪音低。维修保养方便，节能省工，抗干扰能力强，控制箱占地面积少。按照我的设计要求：当乘员进入电梯，按下楼层按钮，电梯门自动关闭后．控制系统进行下列运作：根据轿厢所处位置及乘员所处层数。判定轿厢运行方向，保证轿厢平层时减速。将轿厢停在选定的楼层上；同时，根据楼层的呼叫，顺路停车，自动开关门。另外在轿厢内外均要有信号灯显示电梯运行方向及楼层数。 关键词：PLC控制；电梯；自动控制 Four-storey Elevator Control System PLC Abstract Along with science and technologys development. the recent years. our countrys elevator production technology obtained the rapidly expand.
