1 1 摘要 论文题目：网络环境下企业合作技术创新有效性 评价研究 学 科：技术经济及管理 作者姓名：王建阳 作者签名： 指导老师：党兴华 教 授 老师签名： 答辩日期： 摘 要 在网络环境下，技术创新是一个企业竞争优势的主要来源，技术创新的重要性在网络 经济时代比传统经济时代大为提高。在网络环境下企业合作技术创新的有效性取决于企 业对能体现网络环境因素的指标体系如企业创新网络资源水平、企业内外部资源的协 调、企业的知识基础等的重视。对企业技术创新进行测度与评价，是人们认识与把握技 术创新活动的本质与规律，系统总结创新经验，进行科学决策的主要手段，它对于正确的 制定技术创新政策，提高企业技术创新水平，减少技术创新的不确定性具有重要意义。 本文正是基于这种认识，首先从理论和实践的角度总结、阐述了网络环境下企业 技术创新有效性评价的有关理论；其次论文分析了网络环境下企业技术创新过程的特 性,并采用文本分析的方法得出网络环境下企业技术创新有效性的关键影响因素：界面 管理、知识创造及知识扩散、战略要素、制度要素、组织要素、文化要素等六个方面； 论文对企业的技术创新过程分为过程和结果两个方面进行评价。对企业技术创新过程 的有效性进行评价时，抓住合作技术创新中的两个主要方面—界面管理、知识创造及 知识扩散，分别对其有效性进行评价。针对界面管理和知识创造及知识扩散的不同的 特点，分别建立了一套涵盖网络环境影响因素在内的比较系统完整的评价体系；然后 利用不同的方法，对其有效性进行评价。对企业技术创新结果进行评价时，以企业技 术创新商业利益的实现为出发点，采用广义的生产函数的方法，引入了企业技术知识 存量这一新的生产要素，利用扩展的 DEA 模型，寻找企业有效的生产前沿面，最后利 用统计的方法，对落在生产前沿面上的有效的点进行回归，消除随机性的影响，得到 企业的生产函数，通过比较不同时期企业生产函数的变化来测度企业合作技术创新结 果的有效性。本研究的结果可为企业技术创新绩效管理提供依据。 关键词：网络环境 合作技术创新 有效性评价 Abstract Thesis: Research on Assessment of Technical Innovation Validity in Case of Co-operation between Enterprises under Network Environment Major: Technology Economics and Management Student: Wang-jianyang Signature: Tutor: Prof Dang-xinghua Signature: Abstract Under network environment, technical innovation is the primary source of competitive advantage for an enterprise, and its importance has been substantially enhanced in the network economic times, compared with that in the traditional economic times.
