Posüion information of sensor nodes is crucial ， so the scientists have been dedicated to sensor network position ing technology research and have achieved great results in terms of positioning accuracy. But， with the numerous uses of wireless sensor networks，i ts securily problems are becoming more and more serious. And obtain the location information securely and accurately is also the premise an d foundation of realizing function modules such as building and maintaining the network ，locating the monitoring event， tracking the target. So research on security positioning system in wireless sensor networks is a ve叩chal1enging issue with broad application prospects. Wireless sensor network node positioning tcchnology has been studied firstly. And then the standards of performance evaluating have been analyzed in detaiJ.Next ，security risks and secure localization mechanism in wireless sensor networks have been studied in two aspects of distance based or no1. Also a detailed analysis of network position ing impact caused by wormhole attack， replay ，forgery，tampering attacks，which attacks，changing distance attacks . And the corresponding defense means have also been studied. 1n order to achieve the systems security position ，typical safety positioning mechanisms have also been studied，such as: Beacon Suite secure localization algorithm ， SPINE，ROPE，Bilateration safe location algorithm ，LAD secure localization algorithm.
