万方数据 万方数据 摘要 除了普通高校的汉语教学之外，很多对外汉语培训机构也在汉语教学中起到 越来越重要的作用。笔者走访了沪上的一些对外汉语培训机构，最后以优瀚对外 汉语培训机构为例，考察他们的管理模式和教学模式，找出值得学习的地方。 本论文的第一章是绪论，主要阐明选题的背景和研究意义、研究的对象和方 法、文献综述以及目前研究存在的问题。 第二章是对优瀚培训机构的管理模式进行的考察。主要是从行政管理、招生 管理和教学与管理三个大的方面进行分类，与培训机构的具体工作流程、人员安 排等实际情况相结合进行考察。 第三章是对优瀚培训机构的教学模式进行的考察。主要是从课程设计、教材 选择和教学特点这三个大的方面进行分类，参与培训机构的教学过程、培训过程， 将笔者考察到的这三个方面的实际情况综合阐述。 第四章是在结合第二章和第三章考察的结果上，将对外汉培训机构的管理和 教学进行综合分析，从中找到培训机构在这两个方面的优点，这些优点对于对外 汉语教学有什么值得借鉴的地方。 第五章结语是对本论文的总结以及研究不足的地方。 关键词 对外汉语 培训机构 管理模式 教学模式 3 / 40 Abstract In addition to the regular institutions of higher learning of Chinese language teaching, a lot of Chinese as the second language teaching institutions also plays a very important role in Chinese teaching. The writer visited some Chinese as the second language teaching institutions in Shanghai, and picked YouMandarin Language Center as the sample to analyse their management and teaching mode, to find out and learn their experiences and advantages in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. The first chapter is the introduction, to expound the background and research significance of the topic selection, research objects and methods, as well as the problems existing in current research literature review. The second chapter is the investigation of the management model of the training institutions. Classify to three big aspects: the administrative management, recruitment management and teaching management, combining with the actual situation of the specific work flow of the training institutions and personnel arrangement. The third chapter is the investigation of the management model of the training institutions. Classify to three big aspects: curriculum design, teaching material selection and teaching characteristics, combining with the actual situation of the teaching process of training institutions, and training process.
