维修企业备件物流协同优化研究 摘 要 备件管理是维修企业经营活动管理的重要内容，备件的到货及时、运作流 畅是保证维修企业正常运转的要素之一，然而有些公司为了防止备件的短缺造 成的缺货损失，往往对备件进行大量的采购和库存，结果产生很大的库存和管 理费用，造成浪费。怎样能够合理的采购原材料、在合适的时间持有正确数量 的备件是当前很多维修企业面临的难题。 实施有效的备件物流活动协同管理，从备件的生产、备件及原材料的库存、 原材料的采购环节进行优化，使备件的生产和使用在时间、数量上协同，材料 采购和使用在时间、数量上协同，能够一定程度上降低成本、提高服务水平和 客户满意度、加速资金的运转、提高维修企业的竞争力。 本文主要根据维修企业备件的特点和A维修企业备件物流活动的具体情况， 围绕备件（即A企业的自制件）和与之有关的物流活动进行分析，从自制件的生 产到库存以及原材料的采购，针对各个环节的特点并从协同的观点出发，拟解 决维修企业在生产、库存及采购过程中如何节约成本、实现效益最大化问题。 关键词：维修企业；备件物流；协同思想 Research on Collaborative Optimization for Spare Part Logistics in MRO Enterprise ABSTRACT Spare parts management is very important in management of MRO enterprise activities, timely arrival and smooth operation of spare parts is one of the elements to ensure the normal operation for MRO enterprise , but some companies in order to prevent a shortage loss which caused by spare parts shortages, they often procure and invent a lot of spare parts,resulting in a lot of inventory and management costs and causing unnecessary waste. How can a reasonable procurement raw materials and hold the correct amount of spare parts at the right time is the problem currently a lot of MRO enterprises are facing. Effective collaborative management of the spare parts logistics activities, from the production of spare parts, raw materials procurement, inventory of spare parts and raw materials to optimize.Make the production and use of spare parts collaborative in time, material purchasing and using collaborative in time and can reduce costs, improve service levels and customer satisfaction, accelerate the operation of funds, improve the maintenance of the MRO competitiveness.
