So it is becoming a matter of concern to the Party how to discover and solve these problems effectively, which our government also finds it increasingly difficult to ignore. From the practice of recent years, in protection and achievement of social justice, network supervision is more and more popular with netizens and gets concerned by all social sectors for its unique advantages in quick and effective way and definitive times’ characteristics. What’s more, network supervision is increasingly vigorous, which has a positive effect on our social justice achievement through paying attention to some hot issues. While the one-sidedness and limitations in network supervision also lead to many negative effects. So it is a theoretical and practical problem longing for solution how to properly apply to this two-sided sword and how to make the greatest positive difference. Based on all the above, first, this article is to systematically analyze and conclude the theoretic foundation and practical approaches; second, the author designs and collects 280 questionnaires, analyzes these data in statistical methods and gains some corresponding results. Next, according to the analysis, we can make the conclusion that the public are increasingly concerned about network as a media and approve of its positive significance, but its influence remains to be further discovered and it must have a better prospect.
