摘　　要 随着信息技术的飞速发展以及人们生活水平的大幅度提高，人们对住宅的需求已从追求简单的生存空间向着追求质量、功能、服务等多重需求过渡。 本文介绍了住宅智能化中的防盗防火报警系统。智能化住宅防盗防火报警系统集防盗防火功能于一体，可实现自动检测与自动电话拨号报警。自动检测是指由红外探测与微波探测器构成的双鉴探测器实现盗情检测，同时由温度探测器、光电感烟探测器和一氧化碳探测器集为一体的复合式火灾探测器完成火情检测。多传感器的应用实现了低误报率，增强了系统可靠性。自动电话拨号报警是指通过电话网络自动向相关部门发出语音求救信号。当防盗、防火探测器检测到险情的时候，向单片机发出中断申请，再由单片机控制电话接口电路，实现模拟摘机，根据险情类别，自动拨打相关部门的电话号码如小区管理中心电话。本系统通过密码来识别主人身份，系统开启后只有输入正确的密码才能关闭系统。系统从硬件方面进行了抗干扰设计，使其具有较好的抗干扰能力，完成系统可靠工作。 关键词：智能报警系统；防盗防火；自动拨号；语音报警 Abstract With the rapid development of communication technique and great improvement of standard of peoples living, the need of house has been changed from only the living space to multiform needs of quality, function, service, and so on. A kind of intelligent alarm system for residential area is introduced. It includes the functions of theft-proof and fireproof, performing automatic detection and automatic dial. Pyroelectric infrared sensor and Microwave sensor combined are used for theft-proof so as to realize automatic detection. Temperature sensor, Photoelectric smoke sensor and CO sensor are integrated to a compound detector for fireproof. Multi-sensors make the least false alarm and enhance the reliability of system. Automatic dial means that it can send help voice through public telephone switch network to the bureau. When the sensor of fireproofing or burglarproof detects any off normal signal, an interrupt request is sent to the MCU. Next the MCU control the interface module of telephone to accomplish off hook. According the kind of dangerous, the dialing module will automatically dial the right phone number such as the phone number of surveillant center.The system discerns the master by the secret code. Only imputed correct secret code, could system be closed. The system is designed by considering the anti-interference in the side of the hardware. It can work with high reliability.
