320―DVCT对诊断动脉性阴茎勃起功能障碍应用价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨东芝 320排动态容积CT（dynamic volume CT，DVCT）血管成像技术与超声对动脉性阴茎勃起功能障碍的应用价值。 方法 门诊性听觉视觉刺激试验（auditory visual stimulation test，AVSS）、阴茎海绵体血管活性物质注射（intracavernous injection，ICI）后疑诊为血管性勃起功能障碍患者38例，阴茎海绵体局部注射罂粟碱30 mg诱发勃起后在320-DVCT下进行检查。 结果 320-DVCT可以清楚显示阴茎海绵体动脉、阴茎背动脉、阴部内动脉。42例患者中，阳性33例（阴茎海绵体动脉16例、阴茎背动脉7例、阴茎内动脉10例），阴性9例。 结论 320 CT 阴茎动脉造影是诊断动脉性勃起功能障碍的可靠方法，应用多种后处理技术、四维立体成像能准确显示病变的部位。 　　[关键词] 阴茎；勃起功能障碍；320排容积CT；诊断 　　[中图分类号] R816.7；R698.1 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）11-0087-04 　　Application value of 320-DVCT in the diagnosis of arterial penile erectile dysfunction 　　XU Chengcheng1 PAN Yuning1 WANG Guoyao2 TANG Yifan1 　　1.Department of Radiology， Ningbo First Hospital， Ningbo 315010， China； 2.Department of Urology， Ningbo First Hospital， Ningbo 315010， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of Toshiba 320 row dynamic volume CT（dynamic volume CT， DVCT） angiography and ultrasound on arterial penile erectile dysfunction. Methods A total of 38 patients with suspected vascular erectile dysfunction after auditory visual stimulation test（AVSS）， intracavernous injection（ICI） of vasoactive substances were examined under 320-DVCT after local injection of papaverine 30 mg to induce erection in penile corpus cavernosum. Results 320-DVCT could clearly show the penile cavernous artery， penile dorsal artery， internal pudendal artery. Of the 42 patients， 33 cases were positive（16 cases of penile cavernous artery， 7 cases of penile dorsal artery and 10 cases of internal pudendal artery）， and 9 cases were negative.
