3L脑科巾在前置胎盘剖宫产中应用效果分析 　　[摘要]目的 评估3L脑科巾在前置胎盘剖宫产中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2014年1月～2016年1月使用3L脑科巾（试验组，n=168）和臀部放置弯盘（对照组，n=146）的孕妇，评估其术中阴道出血量对术中与术后护理的影响。结果 试验组的术中出血量明显少于对照组，输液量、输血量少于对照组，子宫切除率低于对照组，麻醉时间短于对照组（P0.05）。试验组的压疮、尿潴留、产褥感染发生率均低于对照组，?g后阴道出血量少于对照组（P0.05），孕妇舒适度高于对照组（P0.01）。结论 3L脑科巾可以准确统计术中出血量，有助于制定准确的治疗方案，减少相关并发症的发生，提高护理工作的安全性。 　　[关键词]前置胎盘；剖宫产；术中出血；3L脑科巾；子宫切除；舒适度 　　[中图分类号] R719.8 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）02（a）-0132-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To evaluate the application effect of 3L brain towel in cesarean section of placenta previa.Methods The pregnant women used 3L brain towel （the experimental group，n=168） and bent plate in buttock （the control group，n=146） from January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected，and the influence of intraoperative vaginal bleeding on intraoperative and postoperative nursing was evaluated.Results The amount of blood loss during operation in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group，the amount of transfusion and blood transfusion was less than that of the control group，the rate of hysterectomy was lower than that of the control group，and the anesthesia time was shorter than that of the control group （P0.05）.In experimental group，the incidence rate of pressure ulcer，urinary retention，puerperal infection was lower than those of the control group，the amount of vaginal bleeding after surgery was less than that of the control group （P0.05），and the comfort degree of pregnant women was higher than that of control group （P0.01）.Conclusion 3L brain towel can accurately calculate the intraoperative amount of bleeding and is beneficial to formulate the appropriate therapeutic regimen，which reduces the occurrence of related complications and improve the safety of nursing. 　　[Key words]Placenta previa；Cesarean section；Intraoperative bleeding；3L brain towel；Uterectomy；Degree of comfort 　　95%以上的前置胎盘孕妇需要实施剖宫产手术，其中8%的孕妇需要实施子宫切除术或部分切除术[1-2]，术中出血量和出血速度是确定是否行子宫切除的关键因素[3]。避免不必要的子宫切除则需要准确及时地测量术中出血量。以往测量术中出血量常采用称量
