BEGO种植体在改善牙缺失患者咀嚼功能与生存质量中作用探析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨BEGO种植体在改善牙缺失患者咀嚼功能与生存质量中的作用。方法：选取2013年5月-2014年5月本院收治的种植治疗患者120例作为研究对象，根据种植深度分为骨面上1 mm（A组）、骨面平齐（B组）、骨下1 mm（C组），每组40例。观察BEGO种植体修复后疗效及对咀嚼功能和生存质量的影响。结果：负重3年后，种植成功率为95.8%（115/120），三组成功率比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；三组在终止点时颈部边缘骨吸收绝对值比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；B、C组在终止点时种植体颈部暴露情况比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；患者咀嚼效率、生活质量及满意度均高于术前，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：BEGO种植体应用口腔修复中可取得较好疗效，提高患者生活质量，种植体植入深度对颈部边缘骨水平有一定差异，种植体颈部边缘骨在植入水平低于牙槽嵴顶可稳定于种植体肩台水平。 　　【关键词】 生存质量； 咀嚼功能； BEGO种植体 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical effect of BEGO implant in the improvement of masticatory function and life quality for patients with tooth loss.Method：From May 2013 to May 2014，120 cases of receiving the implantation therapy in our hospital were selected as the research objects，they were divided into group A（above 1 mm），group B（on the surface） and group C（below 1 mm） according to the implantation depth，each group had 40 cases.The clinical effect as well as its impact in the masticatory function and life quality were observed.Result：After 3 years of loading，the implantation success rate was 95.8%（115/120），there were no significant differences in the success rate among three groups（P0.05）.There were no significant differences in the absolute value of bone resorption at the end of the neck among three groups（P0.05）.Group B and C exposure of implant neck at the point of termination was statistically significant difference（P0.05）.The chewing efficiency，quality of life and satisfaction rate were all higher than those of the preoperative.Conclusion：BEGO implant has a better effect in the dental restoration and improves the patient’s life quality.The clinical effect of implantation depth on the marginal bone is different，implant neck bone at the implant level is lower than the alveolar ridge roof can be stabilized at the level of the implant shoulder. 　　【Key words】 Life quality； Masticatory function； BEGO implant 　　First-author’s address：The People’s Hospital of Qingyuan City，Qingyuan 511518，Chi
