68例肝胆患者外科手术后胃肠功能恢复临床护理分析 　　摘要：目的 分析总结肝胆患者外科手术后胃肠功能恢复的临床护理体会。方法 选择我院在2011年6月～2013年6月进行治疗的68例肝胆外科手术患者，将其随机分成实验组和对照组两组各34例患者，对对照组的患者进行一般的手术后恢复期的基础护理方法，对实验组患者在一般的基础护理方法之上加以全方位的综合护理措施，两组患者在进行上述护理措施后，对患者的胃肠功能恢复情况进行比较。结果 通过对两组患者进行不同的临床护理干预措施后，实验组患者出现肠鸣音和第一次排气的时间指标明显优于对照组，且差异显著有统计学意义。从两组患者的恢复情况来看，实验组的总有效率达到了97.1%，明显优于对照组的73.5%。结论 针对肝胆患者外科手术后的胃肠功能恢复情况进行术后护理干预措施，能够有效地提高患者的生命质量，缩短患者的恢复时间。 　　关键词：肝胆患者；外科手术；胃肠功能；临床护理 　　Abstract：Objective To analysis the liver patients recovery of gastrointestinal function after surgery clinical nursing experience.Methods Our hospital in June 2011 to June 2013 treated patients，68 cases of liver and gallbladder surgery will be randomly divided into experimental group and control group all the 34 patients in both groups，patients of control group general convalescence after surgery nursing method，the basis of the experimental group patients in general nursing methods on the basis of a full range of comprehensive nursing intervention，two groups of patients after for the nursing measures，comparing to the patients gastrointestinal function recovery.Results By means of two groups of patients in different clinical nursing intervention，the experimental group patients and bowel sounds appear first exhaust time index was better than control group，and significant difference was statistically significant.From the perspective of the recovery of two groups of patients，the experimental group total effective rate reached 97.1%，73.5%better than the control group.Conclusion For patients with liver and gallbladder surgery of gastrointestinal function recovery for postoperative nursing intervention measures，can effectively improve the quality of life of patients，shorten the recovery time of patients 　　Key words：Liver patients；Surgery；Gastrointestinal function；Clinical nursing 　　肝胆病是外科疾病中常见的一种病，一般都是通过手术来进行治疗。但是在手术过程中可能会对患者的胃肠功能造成一定的伤害，进而导致患者做完手术后的恢复时间加长。因此，随着科学的不断发展，对于肝胆手术患者进行早期肠内营养的方法逐渐被临床上所采用，从而有效地提高患者术后的恢复情况[1]。现根据我院在2011年6月～2013年6月接收的68例肝胆外科手术患者的术后胃肠功能恢复情况进行回
