17β―E2联合顺铂对人卵巢癌细胞裸鼠移植瘤的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 研究17β-E2单用或联合顺铂（DDP）作用于人卵巢癌细胞株 HO-8910裸鼠移植瘤的影响。方法 建立人卵巢癌HO-8910裸鼠皮下移植瘤模型，随机分成6组：A组（生理盐水组）、B组（低剂量17β-E2）、C组（高剂量17β-E2）、D组（顺铂5 mg/kg）、E组（低剂量17β-E2+顺铂）、F组（高剂量17β-E2+顺铂），每组5只。观察各组人卵巢癌裸鼠移植瘤的生长情况、各组裸鼠的体重改变。 结果 A组、B组、C组、D组、E组、F组裸鼠体重均增加，B组、C组、D组、E组、F组治疗后裸鼠体重均比A组体重轻，但各组差异无统计学意义。B组、C组、D组、E组、F组移植瘤体积、瘤重均明显减少，其中E组、F组治疗后比单独用药体积变化明显，两组相比较，F组移植瘤体积、瘤重均更小。 结论 高剂量17β-E2联合顺铂更具有抑制人卵巢癌裸鼠移植瘤生长的作用。 　　[关键词] 17β-E2；顺铂；卵巢癌；移植瘤 　　[中图分类号] R737.31 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701（2018）04-0039-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the effects of 17β-E2 alone or combined with cisplatin on the growth of transplanted tumor of human ovarian cancer cell line HO-8910 in nude mice. Methods Subcutaneously transplanted tumor model of human ovarian cancer HO-8910 was established and randomly divided into 6 groups： group A（normal saline group）， group B（low dose 17β-E2）， group C（high dose 17β-E2）， group D（cisplatin 5 mg/kg）， group E （low dose 17β-E2+cisplatin）， and group F（high dose 17β-E2+cisplatin）， with 5 mice in each group. The growth of transplanted tumor of human ovarian cancer in nude mice in each group was observed， and the changes of body weight of nude mice in each group were observed. Results The body weight of nude mice in group A， group B， group C， group D， group E and group F was increased， and the body weight of nude mice in group B， C， D， E and F after treatment was all lighter than that in group A， but there was no statistical significance in each group. In group B， group C， group D， group E and group F， the volume of transplanted tumor and the weight of tumor were decreased significantly， and the volume change in group E and group F after treatment was more significant than that of administration alone. Compared between the two groups， the tumor volume and tumor weight in group F were both lower. Conclusion High dose of 17β-E2 combined with cisplatin has a better inhibitory effect on the growth of transplanted tumor of human ovarian cancer in nude mice. 　　[K
