1例福利机构血友病患儿的口腔护理体会 　　摘要：目的 了解口腔护理对预防福利机构血友病患儿口腔出血的效果。方法 2015年7月～2016年6月对1例院内血友病患儿进行针对性口腔护理，包括口腔卫生、饮食摄入、特殊看护、拔牙后的护理，观察其护理前后口腔出血的情况。结果 口腔护理对改善血友病患儿的口腔出血情况有明显作用。结论 通过专业的护理手段改善血友病患儿生活质量的意义重大。 　　关键词：福利机构；血友病；口腔护理 　　Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of oral care on prevention of welfare institutions for children with hemophilia oral bleeding.Methods July 2015 ～2016 year in June for a total of 1 cases of oral care in children with hemophilia，including oral hygiene，diet nursing，special nursing，after extraction，to observe the nursing before and after oral bleeding cases.
