HFMEA在跌倒坠床高危患者管理中应用 　　【摘要】 目的：运用医疗失效模式与效应分析（HFMEA）对跌倒坠床高危患者进行风险评估及质控流程再造，降低跌倒坠床发生率。方法：以2014年住院患者为对照组，实施常规跌倒坠床高危因素评估质控流程；以2015年住院患者为观察组，实施基于HFMEA管理模式的跌倒坠床高危因素评估质控再造流程，比较两组住院患者的跌倒坠床高危上报率、发生率及观察组实施后事先风险指数（RPN）改善情况。结果：观察组较对照组跌倒坠床高危患者上报率上升、跌倒坠床发生率下降（P0.01）；观察组实施HFMEA管理模式后RPN值较实施前下降（P0.01）。结论：将HFMEA应用于跌倒坠床高危患者管理，可准确把握跌倒坠床风险防范的重点管理环节，有效降低跌倒??床发生率。 　　【关键词】 医疗失效模式； 效应分析； 跌倒坠床； 高危患者； 风险管理 　　The Application of HFMEA in the Management of High Risk Patient of Falling Bed/WANG Hai-yan，LI Li，WANG Ai-hua，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（33）：080-082 　　【Abstract】 Objective：The falling bed risks of fall bed high risk patients and reengineering the process of quality control，by using Heahh Failure Mode and Effect Analysis（HFMEA）.Method：In 2014，hospitalized patients were selected as the control group，the quality control process was implemented for the high risk factors of falling bed.In 2015，hospitalized patients were selected as the observation group，the implementation of the HFMEA management model based on falling bed risk factors to assess the quality of the reengineering process.Compared the two groups of hospitalized patients falling bed high risk reporting rate， incidence rate and the observation group after the implementation of the Risk Priority Number（RPN） to improve the situation.Result：Compared with the control group，the incidence rate of high risk patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group，and the incidence rate of fall was decreased（P0.01）.HFMEA management model in the observation group after the implementation of the RPN value was lower than before（P0.01）.Conclusion：HFMEA is applied to the management of high risk patients fall fall bed，can accurately grasp the key management of falling bed risk prevention，effectively reduce the incidence of falls. 　　【Key words】 Medical failure mode； Effect analysis； Fall bed； High risk patient； Risk management 　　First-author’s address：Nanchong Central Hospital，Nanchong 637000，China 　　doi：
