HPV病毒感染在宫颈癌前病变中临床意义分析 　　【摘要】 目的：分析HPV病毒感染在宫颈癌前病变中的临床意义。方法：选择笔者所在医院2016年2月-2017年3月实施HPV-DNA检测和宫颈活检的100例患者，对所有患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，并对检测结果进行总结和统计。结果：100例患者行HPV-DNA检测和宫颈活检后发现，60例患者的HPV结果显示为阳性，比例为60.0%；行病理检查后可知，30例患者的检查结果正常，其中10例患者的HPV结果显示为阳性，比例??33.3%。70例患者的病例检查结果出现异常，其中40例患者的HPV结果显示为阳性。20例CINⅠ患者中，8例患者的HPV结果显示为阳性，符合率为40.0%；30例CINⅡ患者中，14例患者的HPV结果显示为阳性，符合率为46.7%；10例CIN Ⅲ患者中，8例患者的HPV结果显示为阳性，符合率为80.0%；10例患者为宫颈癌，HPV结果均显示为阳性，符合率为100%。结论：随着宫颈病变的不断发展或加重，会增加HPV阳性符合率增加，可见宫颈病变和人乳头瘤病毒感染存在相关性，临床需加以关注。 　　【关键词】 HPV病毒感染； 宫颈癌前病变； 临床意义 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2018.6.089 文献标识码 B 文献标识码 1674-6805（2018）06-0174-02 　　Clinical Significance of HPV Virus Infection in Cervical Precancerous Lesions/YU Hongbo.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2018，16（6）：174-175 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the clinical significance of HPV infection in cervical precancerous lesions.Method：A total of 100 patients with HPV-DNA detection and cervical biopsy in our hospital from February 2016 to March 2017 were selected.The clinical data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed，and the results were summarized and statistically analyzed.Result：The 100 cases of HPV-DNA detection and cervical biopsy found that 60 patients with HPV results showed positive，the proportion was 60.0%；line pathology showed that 30 cases of patients with normal results，of which 10 cases were positive，with a ratio of 33.3%.70 cases of patients with abnormal cases of the results，of which 40 patients with HPV results showed positive，20 cases of CINⅠ patients，8 patients with HPV results showed positive，the coincidence rate was 40.0%；30 cases of CINⅡ patients，HPV results were positive in 14 patients，the coincidence rate was 46.7%；10 cases of CIN Ⅲ patients，8 patients with HPV results showed positive，the coincidence rate was 80.0%；10 patients with cervical cancer，10 patients with HPV results showed positive，the coincidence rate was 100%.Conclusion：With the continuous development or aggravation of cervical lesions，the positive coinciden
