Adult Respiratory distress syndrom(ARDS) 成人呼吸窘迫综合征 急救部 秦宇红 1.Difinition---定义 ALI and its more severe sub-set, ARDS, is a common clinical disorder characterized by injury to the alveolar epithelial and endothelial barriers of the lung, acute inflammation, and protein-rich pulmonary oedema leading to acute respiratory failure. Often occurs in the setting of MOF.
