LEEP术在宫颈上皮内瘤变患者中临床治疗效果分析 　　【摘要】 目的 深入探讨高频电波刀电圈切除（LEEP）术在宫颈上皮内瘤变患者治疗中的临床效果。方法 60例宫颈上皮内瘤变患者， 随机分为观察组（32例， 行LEEP术治疗）和对照组（28例， 行冷刀宫颈锥切术治疗）。对比两组治疗效果。结果 观察组手术时间为（23.4±7.3）min、失血量为（10.7±2.6）ml， 对照组手术时间为（35.9±10.4）min、失血量为（20.3±3.6）ml， 观察组手术时间短于对照组、失血量少于对照组， 差异均具有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组并发症发生率为9.38%， 低于对照组的32.14%， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在宫颈上皮内瘤变患者的治疗中实施LEEP术具有较好的临床效果， 方法值得借鉴并推广。 　　【关键词】 宫颈上皮内瘤变；高频电波刀电圈切除术；冷刀宫颈锥切术；临床效果 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2016.33.044 　　Analysis of clinical effects by LEEP operation in cervical intraepithelial neoplasias patients DU Qing， SONG Hai-bo. Department of Obstetrics， Xuzhou City Suining County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Xuzhou 221200， China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To thoroughly investigate clinical effect by loop electrosurgical excision procedure （LEEP） operation in cervical intraepithelial neoplasias patients. Methods A total of 60 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasias were randomly divided into observation group （32 cases， received LEEP operation for treatment） and control group （28 cases， received cold knife conization for treatment）. Curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had operation time as （23.4±7.3） min and bleeding volume as （10.7±2.6） ml， and the control group had operation time as （35.9±10.4） min and bleeding volume as （20.3±3.6） ml. The observation group had shorter operation time and lower bleeding volume than the control group， and their differences all had statistical significance （P0.05）. The observation group had lower incidence of complications as 9.38% than 32.14% in the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （P0.05）.
