Cox2在宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈癌中表达和意义 　　[摘要] 目的：探讨环氧合酶-2（Cox-2）在宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈癌中的表达，及其与宫颈病变发生发展的关系。方法：采用免疫组织化学S-ABC法，检测了16例原发性宫颈癌，39例宫颈上皮内瘤变，8例正常宫颈组织中Cox-2的表达。结果：Cox-2在宫颈上皮内瘤变组及宫颈癌组中的表达明显高于正常宫颈组织（P＜0.05），宫颈上皮内瘤变组与宫颈癌组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；Cox-2在中度宫颈上皮内瘤变组及重度宫颈上皮内瘤变组中的表达明显高于轻度宫颈上皮内瘤变组（P＜0.05），中度宫颈上皮内瘤变组与重度宫颈上皮内瘤变组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：Cox-2表达上调与宫颈癌的形成有关，在宫颈上皮内瘤变的发生发展中起重要作用。 　　[关键词] Cox-2；宫颈上皮内瘤变；宫颈癌；免疫组化 　　[中图分类号] R737.3 [文献标识码]A[文章编号]1673-7210（2011）07（b）-024-02 　　 　　Expression and significance of cyclooxygenase-2 in CIN and cervical cancer 　　JIANG Rong, CHEN Sai, LING Wen 　　Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Third Hospital of Changsha City, Hunan Province, Changsha 410015, China 　　[Abstract] Objective: To detect the expression of cyclooxygenase-2(cox-2) in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and primany cervical cancer and to evaluate whether it could provide clinical significant informations. Methods: The expression of cox-2 was studied by immunohistochemical Strep-Aviodin-Biotin-enzyme-Complex method (S-ABC) in 16 cases of primany cervical cancer, 39 cases of CIN and 8 cases of normal cervical tissue. Results: The positive rate in the CIN and cervical carcinoma was higher than normal cervical tissues(P＜0.05). The level of Cox-2 was higher in cancer samples compared respectively with cervical intraepithelial neoplasias(P＜0.05). The level of Cox-2 was higher inboth CINⅡ and CINⅢ compared respectively with CINⅠ(P＜0.05). There was no significant difference of Cox-2 between CINⅡand CINⅢ (P＞0.05). Conclusion: The expression of Cox-2 is related to the generation of cervical cancer, and it plays an importment role in the generation and development of CIN. 　　[Key words] Cox-2; CIN; Cervical cancer; Immunohistochemistry 　　 　　环氧合酶（cyclooxygenase，Cox）是花生四烯酸转化为前列腺素和其他二十烷类的限速酶，它至少存在两种同工酶：Cox-1和Cox-2。Cox-2在正常情况下很少表达，在组织损伤、肿瘤发生等情况下表达增强[1]，近年来的研究表明，Cox-2与宫颈癌的发生、发展关系密切[2]。本研究旨在了解Cox-2在宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）和宫颈癌中的表达情况及其差异，探讨Cox-2在宫颈病变形成和发展中的作用，为从抑制Cox-2形成方面探索新的治疗子宫颈病变的方法提供一定的理论依据。
