CRP与CA125联合阴道彩超检查在卵巢癌与卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿鉴别诊断中临床应用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨CRP、CA125、阴道彩超联合检查在卵巢癌与卵巢子宫内膜异性囊肿鉴别诊断中的应用价值。 方法 选择93例卵巢肿物患者与45例体检健康者，回顾性分析经CRP、CA125、阴道彩超检测的临床资料，并以术后病理活检作为判断标准，比较CRP、CA125、阴道彩超单用及联合检测的敏感度、特异度、准确度。 结果 卵巢癌患者CRP、CA125明显高于卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿和正常对照组（t=13.278，13.754， P0.01），卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者CRP、CA125明显高于正常对照组（t=8.577，4.011，P0.01）；CRP、CA125、阴道彩超联合检测灵敏度（97.92%）、特异度（91.11%）、准确率（94.62%）；CRP、CA125、阴道彩超联合检测准确率明显高于CRP、CA125、阴道彩超单独检测（x2=12.521，4.748，3.937，P0.05）。 结论 CRP、CA125、阴道彩超均是检测卵巢肿瘤的良好指标，三者联合检测更能提高检测的敏感性、特异性及准确率。 　　[关键词] 卵巢肿瘤；CRP；CA125；阴道彩超；子宫内膜异位症 　　[中图分类号] R737.31 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）14-75-03 　　Clinical application of CRP and CA125 combined with transvaginal color Doppler ultrasoundin in the differential diagnosis of ovarian cancer and ovarian endometriosis cyst 　　YANG Haikun WU Chengyong 　　Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology，Meizhou Peoples Hospital of Guangdong Province， Meizhou 514031，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of CRP，CA125 combined with transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination in the differential diagnosis of ovarian cancer and ovarianendometrial cyst. Methods 93 patients with ovarian neoplasm and 45 healthy persons，the retrospective analysis of the clinical data of CRP，CA125 and transvaginal ultrasound detection was carried out，and the postoperative pathological biopsy was as a judgestandard，analyse the the sensitivity，specificity and accuracy about CRP，CA125 and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound. Results The level of CRP，CA125 in patients with ovarian cancer was significantly higher than that in the ovarian endometriosis and normal control group（t=13.278，13.754，P0.01），the level of CRP，CA125 in the patients with ovarian endometrial cyst was significantly higher than that in the normal group（t=8.577，4.011，P0.01）.The sensitivity was 97.92% about the combined detection of CRP，CA125 and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound，the specificity was 91.11%，the accuracy rate was 94.62%.The accuracy rate about combin
