CD47与胃癌相关性研究进展 　　【摘要】 恶性肿瘤的产生是多种因素共同作用的结果，其中免疫系统在其发生与发展的过程中发挥着重要作用。随着近年来免疫检查点的不断发现，免疫治疗已成为各种恶性肿瘤的治疗热点。CD47是一种广泛表达的跨膜糖蛋白，最近的研究显示CD47/SIRPα轴可以作为新的免疫治疗靶标。CD47高表达于肿瘤细胞表面，通过与巨噬细胞表面的配体SIRPα结合，发出“不吃我”信号，使肿瘤细胞免于巨噬细胞的吞噬，从而促进肿瘤的发生与发展。本文从CD47的结构与生理功能、抗肿瘤的机制进行阐述，并对CD47在胃癌的表达与预后及治疗中的作用进行综述。 　　【关键词】 CD47； 胃癌； CD47/SIRPα； 巨噬细胞； 免疫治疗 　　Research Progress on the Relationship between CD47 and Gastric/TAN Guanqiao，WU Lipeng，ZHANG Jianwen.//Medical Innovation of China，2018，15（08）：136-139 　　【Abstract】 The production of malignant tumors is a result of a combination of factors that play an important role in the development and progression of the immune system.With the continuous discovery of immune checkpoints in recent years，immunotherapy has become a hot spot for the treatment of various malignancies.CD47 is a widely expressed transmembrane glycoprotein，and recent studies have shown that CD47 can be used as a new immunotherapy target.Its high expression on the surface of tumor cells，through the receptor with the surface of macrophages SIRPα binding，issued a “don’t eat me” signal，the tumor cells from phagocytosis of macrophages，thereby promoting the occurrence and development of tumors.This article describes the structure and physiological function of CD47 and the mechanism of anti-tumor，and reviews the role of CD47 in the expression， prognosis and treatment of gastric cancer. 　　【Key words】 CD47； Gastric cancer； CD47/SIRPα； Macrophage； Immunotherapy 　　First-author’s address：The First People’s Hospital of Chenzhou Affiliated University of South China，Chenzhou 423000，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2018.08.034 　　胃癌是全球最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一，其发病率位居恶性肿瘤的第四位，死亡率居恶性肿瘤的第二位。由于胃癌早期症状都不明显，直到它进展到晚期才被诊断出来，而此时已丧失了治疗胃癌的最佳时机，导致我国胃癌患者预后普遍较差。目前针对胃癌治疗的有效药物仍较少，胃癌的死亡率仍居高不下。近年来癌症免疫治疗逐渐成为各类恶性肿瘤领域的热点，各种免疫治疗靶标的出现，也为癌症免疫治疗提供了突破口，CD47/信号调节蛋白α（SIRPα）轴就是其中一种免疫治疗靶标。CD47通过高表达肿瘤细胞表面，与巨噬细胞表面配体SIRPα结合，发出“不要吃我”信号，从而达到免疫逃逸，以促进肿瘤的发生与发展。而抗CD47抗体又能阻断CD47/SIRPα轴，激活巨噬细胞对肿瘤细胞的吞噬作用，从而达到治愈肿瘤的目的。本文就CD47在胃癌的相关作用做一综述。 　　1 CD47的结
