河北工程学院毕业设计 摘要 本次毕业设计的任务是对西安市某住宅楼供热系统施工设计及小区换热站的施工设计，本建筑总面积为7593.9㎡。地上十一层，半地下一层，建筑高度为39m，采用的是散热器供暖的采暖方式。 此次设计对象为住宅楼，为了可以分别计量每一个用户实际所消耗的热量及每一个用户对房间温度可以进行调控，综合考虑各方面因素，采用分户计量热水供暖系统，供回水温度为75/50℃。住宅楼供暖采用的是双管系统，户内系统采用的是分户计量下供下回双管系统。小区供热面积为70000㎡，供热半径为700m。 通过设计过程熟悉供暖设计的程序、内容和基本原则，学习设计的方法步骤，进一步提高运算、制图和使用资料的能力，巩固所学的知识，培养这些知识解决设计问题的能力。 在设计中，通过对设计情况的了解，确定建筑物的热负荷，供暖系统形式的选择，水力计算和校核计算，以及小区换热站的设计计算，绘制建筑物的平面图和系统原理图，小区换热站施工图和系统图等。 关键词：集中供暖 分户计量 双管系统 换热站 Abstract TOC \o 1-3 \h \u The graduation design task is to Xian city of a residential building heating system construction design and district heat station construction design, the total construction area of 7593.9 square meters. Eleven on the ground floor, a floor, building height of 39m, is used in heating radiator heating.The design for residential building, in order to be consumed by respectively measuring each user actual heat and every user on the room temperature can be regulated, the comprehensive consideration of various factors, using household metering heating system, supply and return water temperature of 75/50 ℃. The residential building heating is heating systems, indoor system is used for vertical heating system with household metering. The heating area of 70000 square meters, heating radius is 700m.Through the design process with heating design procedures, contents and basic principle, learning methods and steps of design, to further improve the ability of calculation, drawing and use of data, consolidate the knowledge, to cultivate the ability of these knowledge to solve design problems.In the design, through the design of the understanding of the situation, determine the thermal load of buildings, heating system selection, calculation of hydraulic calculation and checking, calculation and design of district heat station, principle of plane diagram and system drawing buildings, residential heat exchange station construction diagram and the system diagram.
