要振江：掩护式液压支架总体及推移千斤顶设计 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 1 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 1 摘要 关键词：掩护式液压支架；总体设计；推移千斤顶；CAXA； 本次设计研究目的是根据已知原始数据进行掩护式液压支架总体设计和推移千斤顶设计。 在此次设计中主要使用了按照设计步骤进行理论设计，同时利用CAXA制图软件进行相关零部件的图纸设计，以及辅助校核。按照设计理论，由不同采煤工作面顶板、底板条件，煤层的厚度，煤层的倾角以及煤层的物理机械性质等不同要求，按照有效支护和控制顶板，设计出符合相应要求的类型和结构液压支架。 此次设计的结果达到了预期的目的，满足了题目所给要求，符合设计指标。本次设计液压支架架型为掩护式液压支架，符合中厚煤层条件要求；所进行的推移千斤顶设计满足推溜和移架的要求。 通过本次设计，意识到理论设计与实践检验联系一起的重要性，本次设计通过采用CAXA软件进行辅助设计，提高了设计精度和效率。本次掩护式液压支架总体设计及推移千斤顶设计，满足设计要求，达到了预期设计目的。 辽宁工程技术大学毕业设计（论文） Abstract Key words: shield type hydraulic support;overall design;passage jack;CAXA The purpose of this research is to design the overall design and the load jack of the shield hydraulic support based on the original data.
