不同剂量布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘急性发作的临床观察 　　【摘要】 目的：观察应用不同剂量布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘急性发作的临床效果。方法：选取2013年12月-2014年12月在本院接受治疗的78例哮喘急性发作患儿，将其随机分为观察组Ⅰ、观察组Ⅱ及对照组，其中对照组给予口服强的松+特布他林吸入治疗，在此基础上，观察组Ⅰ加用0.5 mg布地奈德治疗，观察组Ⅱ加用1 mg布地奈德治疗，对比三组患者的治疗效果。结果：治疗后，三组患者的临床症状、PEF、FEV1及FEV1/FVC较治疗前均明显改善（P0.05），但观察组Ⅰ和观察组Ⅱ的改善情况均明显优于对照组，其中观察组Ⅱ的肺功能指标改善效果明显优于观察组Ⅰ（P0.05），且观察组Ⅰ及观察组Ⅱ的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P0.05）。结论：应用大剂量布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘急性发作的效果更佳，不但能改善患儿的肺功能，而且可减少不良反应的发生，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 不同剂量； 布地奈德； 雾化吸入； 儿童哮喘急性发作 　　Clinical Observation of Different Doses of Budesonide Inhalation for the Treatment of Children with Acute Asthma/HUANG Liang.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（29）：133-135 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical application effect of different doses of Budesonide inhalation for the treatment of children with acute asthma.Method：78 children with acute asthma admitted to our hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 were randomly divided into the observation group Ⅰ，the observation group Ⅱ and the control group，the control group was given oral Prednisone + Terbutaline inhalation therapy，on this basis，the observation group Ⅰ was treated with 0.5 mg Budesonide，the observation group Ⅱ was treated with 1 mg Budesonide， the treatment effects of the three groups were compared.Result：Compared with before treatment，the clinical symptoms，PEF，FEV1 and FEV1/FVC of patients in the three groups after treatment were significant improved（P0.05），and the improvement of the observation group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were significantly better than those of the control group，the lung function improvement of the observation group Ⅱ were significantly better than the observation group Ⅰ（P0.05），and the incidence of adverse events in observation group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The application effect of large doses of Budesonide inhalation for the treatment of children with acute asthma is better，not only can improve the pulmonary function of children，but also can reduce the occurrence of adverse reacti
