常州国家高新区外商投资企业协会章程（中英对照版） 常州国家高新区外商投资企业协会章程 AEFI in CND Articles of Association 总 则 Chapter I General Provision 第一条本团体定名为常州国家高新区外商投资企业协会，英文名称为 AEFI in CND ASSOCIATION　OF　ENTERPRISES　WITH　FOREIGN　INVESTMENT （AEFI） IN CHANGZHOU NATIONAL HI-TECH DISTRICT(CND) Article 1 Name of organization In Chinese: 常州国家高新区外商投资企业协会 In English: Association of　Enterprises with Foreign Investment （AEFI）in Changzhou National Hi-Tech District (CND) 第二条本团体是由经中国政府主管部门批准的外国投资者在中国境内成立的企业，香港、澳门、台湾地区和海外华侨华人在内地和大陆投资成立的企业以及从事外商投资服务机构自愿组成的具有法人资格的地方性的综合性的非营利性的社会组织。 Article 2 This organization, approved by the competent department of the Chinese government, consists of enterprises, which are set up in the mainland China and involve foreign investment and/or investment from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas Chinese, and Chinese enterprises engaged in the services to the foreign invested enterprises.
