中国医学创新目次心脏彩超及心电图对高血压性心脏病的诊断价值分析 　　【摘要】 目的：研究并分析心脏彩超及心电图对高血压性心脏病的诊断价值，从而为高血压性心脏病治疗提供临床指导。方法：依据纳入排除标准从本院2014年1月-2015年1月收治的高血压性心脏病患者中随机抽取200例，作为研究对象，收集200例患者的临床资料，整理后进行回顾性分析，对200例患者分别进行心脏彩超检查和心电图检查，对检查结果进行汇总分析，计算出心脏彩超检查和心电图检查诊断高血压性心脏病的阳性率，探讨心脏彩超及心电图对高血压性心脏病的诊断价值。结果：200例患者通过心脏彩超检查，检查出68例患者左房增大，46例患者左室肥厚，48例患者左室扩大；通过心电图检查，检查出24例患者左房增大，86例患者左室电压增高，106例患者左室肥大；心脏彩超检查诊断高血压性心脏病的阳性率为56.0%，心电图诊断高血压性心脏病的阳性率为53.0%，两者比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：心脏彩超诊断高血压性心脏病具有较高的阳性率，更具有特异性和敏感性，尽早发现高血压性心脏病，提高诊断率，以免延误最佳治疗时间。 　　【关键词】 心电图； 心脏彩超； 高血压性心脏病； 阳性率 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze and discuss the diagnostic value of ECG and UGC for hypertensive heart disease， in order to provide clinical guidance for hypertensive heart disease.Method：A total of 200 cases of hypertensive heart disease，which admitted in our hospital during January 2014 to January 2015，were selected as the research objects，on the basis of exclusion criteria.The clinical data of 200 cases were collected，which were analyzed retrospectively，and summary analyzed inspection result of ECG and UCG for 200 cases.The ECG and UCG diagnosis positive rate of hypertensive heart disease were calculated，and the diagnostic value of ECG and UCG for hypertensive heart disease was discussed.Result：In 200 patients，through UCG examination checked out of the 68 patients with left atrial enlargement，46 patients with left ventricular hypertrophy，48 patients with left atrial enlargement.Through ECG checked out 24 patients with left atrial enlargement，86 patients with left ventricular voltage increased，106 patients with left ventricular hypertrophy.UCG examination in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease positive rate was 56.0%，and the ECG diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease positive rate was 53.0%，compared two groups there was no statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：UCG diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease has higher positive rate，more specificity and sensitivity，combined with the ECG can be more objective diagnosis early h
