中医药名词术语规范化的实践与思考 　　摘 要： 2000年以来承担4个科技部项目，开展中医药名词术语规范化系列研究，其成果中医药基本名词、临床各科名词经全国科技名词委审定公布成为国家规范，以纸质、光盘、网络、手机客户端等形式供学术界、全社会共享，并转化为或应用于国内、国际有关标准。同时研制中医药术语标准编制通则。其系列研究正进一步拓展和深化：继续完成其他学科名词术语规范；开展重点词考证，为名词规范提供科学支撑；建设同义词数据库，提升规范词应用率；修订已发布的名词，审定新词，完成中医药学名词国家规范完整版；开展中医药名词术语多语种翻译规范研究，为促进中医药标准化、现代化、国际化做出应有的贡献。 　　关键词：中医药学，名词术语，规范，标准编制通则，考证，同义词数据库，多语种翻译 　　中图分类号：N04；R2 文献标识码：A DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1673-8578.2017.06.002 　　Abstract： Since 2000， we undertook four projects on standardization of TCM terminology founded by the Ministry of Science Technology. Ourresearch achievements on Basic Terms of TCM and Clinical Terms were published by China National Committee for Terms in Sciences and Technologies （CNCTST）. The terms were spread to the academic fields and the whole society through different media， such as books， disks， internet， mobile app. etc.， and were transformed into or applied to national and international standards. We also made the general principles for standardization of TCM terminology. Our researches are further expanding and deepening in the following aspects： 1. To complete the standardization of terms of other subjects except TCM； 2. To do textual research of terms difficult to standardize， which provide scientific evidence for the standardization of a term； 3. To construct synonym database， which promote the application efficacy of standardized terms； 4. To revise published terms， approve new terms， and to draw up national standard for complete edition of TCM terminology； 5. To translate and standardize TCM terms into multiple languages. 　　Keywords： Traditional Chinese Medicine， terminology， standardization， general principle for standardization， textual research， synonym database， multilingual translation 　　中?t药名词术语规范化是中医药标准化、现代化、国际化的基础性工作，笔者早在10多年前曾撰文指出“中医术语的规范……对于中医药知识的传播，国内外医药交流，学科与行业间的沟通，中医药科技成果的推广使用和生产技术的发展，中医药书刊和教材的编辑出版，特别是对中医药现代化、国际化，都具有十分重要而深远的意义”，并明确指出“中医术语规范成为中医现代化、国际化的关键问题之一”[1]。这项工作得到国家有关部门的高度重视和有力支持，有关系列研究成果正在转化、推广应用，产生了良好的学术效益和社会效益。 　　一 简要回顾
