临床机械通气治疗小儿呼吸衰竭的效果分析 　　【摘要】 目的：分析研讨临床机械通气治疗小儿呼吸衰竭的效果。方法：回顾性分析笔者所在医院2015年4月-2016年8月儿科收治的66例呼吸衰竭住院患儿。根据治疗方式分组，对照组33例（常规性有创通气治疗）和研究组33例（机械通气治疗），观察对比两组患儿治疗状况。结果：治疗后，研究组患儿SaO2、PaCO2、PaO2、心率、呼吸频率、pH指数均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（t=5.469 7、7.494 8、6.247 2、9.262 5、4.784 9、2.003 4，P0.05）。两组患儿治疗后FiO2、OI指数降低、a/A PO2指数均增高，且研究组改善幅度更为明显，差异均有统计学意义（t=2.351 4、6.587 1、5.373 5，P0.05）。结论：临床治疗小儿呼吸衰竭疾病可考虑首选机械通气治疗，改善SaO2、PaCO2、PaO2、心率、pH等指标的作用明显，疗效理想，有进一步应用价值，建议在基层医院推广。 　　【关键词】 疗效； 小儿呼吸衰竭； 机械通气； 有创通气 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2018.1.007 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2018）01-0014-03 　　Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Mechanical Ventilation in the Treatment of Children with Respiratory Failure/HUANG Xiangyang，ZHANG Qionghui.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2018，16（1）：14-16 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze and discuss the clinical effects of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of children with respiratory failure.Method：A retrospective analysis was made of 66 hospitalized children with respiratory failure in the department of pediatrics，which was admitted to the hospital from April 2015 to August 2016.According to the treatment group，33 cases in the control group（conventional invasive ventilation therapy） and 33 cases in the study group（mechanical ventilation treatment） were observed and the treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Result：The SaO2，PaCO2，PaO2，heart rate，respiratory rate and pH index after treatment in study group were better than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（t=5.469 7， 　　7.494 8，6.247 2，9.262 5，4.784 9，2.003 4，P0.05）.The FiO2 and OI indexes decreased，and the a/A PO2 index increased in both of the two groups，and the improvement of the study group was more obvious，the differences were statistically significant（t=2.351 4，6.587 1，5.373 5，P0.05）.Conclusion：Clinical treatment of pediatric respiratory failure disease can be considered as the first mechanical ventilation，the SaO2，PaCO2，PaO2，heart rate，and pH indexes improve obv
