临床护理路径在56例脑出血护理中的应用分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨临床护理路径在脑出血护理中的应用体会。方法 方便选择2015年7月―2017年7月该院收治的56例脑出血患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分组。对照组应用常规护理路径，临床护理路径组则实施临床护理路径。比较两组脑出血护理满意度；治疗时间和费用；干预前后患者SAS评分、QOL评分。 结果 临床护理路径组脑出血护理满意度高于对照组（χ2=5.075，P=0.024 0.05）；干预后临床护理路径组SAS评分、QOL评分优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 临床护理路径在脑出血护理中的应用效果确切，可有效减轻患者焦虑感，缩短疗程和减少医疗费用，有助于提升患者护理服务满意度以及生活质量。 　　[关键词] 临床护理路径；脑出血护理；应用体会 　　[中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2018）03（a）-0159-03 　　Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in 56 Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage Nursing 　　MA Xiao-mei 　　Department of Neurology， Section One， Pizhou People’s Hospital， Pizhou， Jiangsu Province， 221300 China 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to explore the application of clinical nursing pathway in cerebral hemorrhage nursing. Methods From July 2015 to July 2017， 56 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were convenient selected according to the random number table method. The control group applied the routine nursing path， and the clinical nursing path group implemented the clinical nursing path. The satisfaction rate of cerebral hemorrhage care was compared between the two groups. The treatment time and cost were compared. The SAS scores and QOL scores of patients before and after intervention were compared. Results The satisfaction degree of cerebral hemorrhage in clinical nursing pathway group was higher than that in control group. The satisfaction rate of the control group was 78.57%； the satisfaction rate of the clinical nursing pathway group was 100.00%（χ2=5.075， P=0.0240.05）. SAS scores， QOL scores were better than the control group， difference are statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway is effective in treating cerebral hemorrhage.
