二氧化碳气腹时间对腹腔镜手术患者胃肠及肾功能的影响探讨 　　【摘要】 目的：探?二氧化碳气腹时间对胃肠外科腹腔镜手术患者胃肠及肾功能的影响。方法：选择2016年7月-2017年7月在笔者所在手术室实施腹腔镜下胃肠手术患者52例作为研究对象，根据气腹时间将患者分为观察组和对照组，各26例，观察组的二氧化碳气腹时间≥180 min，对照组的二氧化碳气腹时间0.05）；手术结束时，观察组的BUN、Ccr指标水平与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：长时间二氧化碳气腹可对患者的胃肠功能和肾功能造成一定的不良影响，实施腹腔镜手术前应严格监测患者的肾、胃肠功能。 　　【关键词】 腹腔镜手术； 二氧化碳气腹； 肾功能； 胃肠功能 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2018.8.009 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2018）08-0020-03 　　Effect of Carbon Dioxide Pneumoperitoneum Time on Gastrointestinal and Renal Function in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Surgery/LIN Xuemei，MA Yue.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2018，16（8）：20-22 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effects of carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum time of gastrointestinal surgery in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for gastrointestinal and renal function.Method：From July 2016 to July 2017，the implementation of laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery in 52 patients were selected as the research object in my operation room，according to the time of pneumoperitoneum，they were divided into the observation group and the control group，26 cases in each group，the observation of carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum time was larger than 180 min，the control group of the carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum time was less than 180 min.Result：The postoperative anal exhaust time and the tube pulled out of time were （54.32±6.31）h，（75.65±6.54）h，the control group of patients with postoperative anal exhaust time and the tube pulled out of time were （45.62±6.01）h，（65.25±5.81）h，there were statistical significance（P0.05），at the end of surgery，the observation group BUN，Ccr index level compared with the control group the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Long term carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum can cause some adverse effects on gastrointestinal function and renal function of patients，and renal and gastrointestinal functions should be strictly monitored before laparoscopic surgery. 　　【Key words】 Laparoscopy； Pneumoperitoneum； Renal f
