中药参附黄蒲汤治疗脾胃虚寒型胃痛的临床效果分析 　　x[摘要]目的 探讨中药参附黄蒲汤治疗脾胃虚寒型胃痛的临床效果。方法 选取2015年2月～2017年2月我院收治的94例脾胃虚寒型胃痛患者，将其随机分为实验组和对照组，每组47例。对照组患者采用常规西医药物治疗，实验组在西药治疗基础上采用中药参附黄蒲汤?M行治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 实验组的总有效率为93.62%，显著高于对照组的78.72%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），治疗后，实验组患者的VAS评分和中医症候评分改善程度明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 中药参附黄蒲汤配合治疗脾胃虚寒型胃痛，比单纯西药治疗的效果更确切，能显著改善患者的胃痛症状，安全性高，值得临床进一步应用。 　　[关键词]参附黄蒲汤；脾胃虚寒；胃痛 　　[中图分类号] R256.33 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）08（c）-0089-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese herbal formula Shenfu Huangpu Decoction in the treatment of stomachache of spleen and stomach deficiency cold.Methods From February 2015 to February 2017，94 patients with stomachache stomachache of spleen and stomach deficiency cold treated in our hospital were selected and divided into experimental group and control group in random and there were 47 cases in each group.In the control group，patients were treated with conventional Western medicine，while in the experimental group，on the basis of the control group，Shenfu Huangpu Decoction was added.The clinical effect between the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 93.62%，which was significantly higher than that in the control group （78.72%），which was displayed a statistical difference （P0.05）.After therapy，the improvement of TCM symptomatic score and VAS score in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group，with statistical significance （P0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of stomachache due to the spleen and stomach deficiency cold，Chinese herbal formula Shenfu Huangpu Decoction as a combined therapy can obtain a more definite effect in comparison with that by Western medicine alone.It remarkably improves the patients′ symptoms of stomachache and its safety is high，and it is worthy of further clinical application in clinic. 　　[Key words]Shenfu Huangpu Decoction；Spleen and stomach deficiency cold；Stomachache 　　胃痛又被称为“胃脘痛”，是临床上的常见症状，多是因为饮食失常、劳
