中药蜡疗对类风湿关节炎临床疗效的影响 　　【摘 要】目的：观察中药蜡疗对类风湿关节炎患者临床疗效的影响。方法：将80例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组40例。对照组给予常规药物治疗及护理，治疗组在对照组治疗及护理基础上给予中药蜡疗。2组均以2周为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后临床症状、体征。结果：治疗组临床控制15例，显效10例，有效12例，无效3例，总有效率为92.50%；对照组临床控制9例，显效12例，有效13例，无效6例，总有效率为85.00%。2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。治疗后，2组视觉模拟评分法评分、压痛指数、肿胀指数、功能分级、晨僵时间较治疗前均有所改善（P 0.05）；且治疗组优于对照组（P 0.05或P 0.01）。结论：中药蜡疗对类风湿关节炎有显著的临床疗效。 　　【关键词】 关节炎，类风湿；中药蜡疗；外敷 　　Effect of Chinese-medicine Wax Therapy on the Clinical Efficacy of Rheumatoid Arthritis 　　LI Fei-yan，LIU Ting 　　【ABSTRACT】Objective：To observe the effect of Chinese-medicine wax therapy on the clinical efficacy of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods：Eighty cases with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group，40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine drug treatment and nursing，while the control group，based on the treatment for the treatment group，was treated with wax therapy.The two groups were treated for two weeks as a course of treatment.The clinical efficacy，clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results：In the treatment group，15 cases were clinically controlled，10 cases were markedly effective，12 cases were effective，and 3 cases were ineffective，and the total effective rate was 92.50%.In the control group，9 cases were clinical controlled，12 cases were markedly effective， 　　13 cases were effective，and 6 cases were ineffective，and the total effective rate was 85.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）.After treatment，the VAS score，tenderness index，swelling index，functional classification，time of morning stiffness in the two groups were improved than those before treatment（P 0.05）；and the treatment group was better than the control group（P 0.05 or 　　P 0.01）.Conclusion：Chinese-medicine wax therapy has a remarkable clinical curative effect on rheumatoid arthritis. 　　【Keywords】 arthritis，rheumatoid；Chinese-medicine wax therapy；e
