人性化护理模式对食管癌患者围术期心理状态及依从性的影响 　　【摘要】 目的：了解对围术期食管癌患者实施人性化护理模式，对患者心理状态、依从性的影响，为食管癌疾病的临床治疗奠定良好的基础。方法：将笔者所在医院收治的160例食管癌患者，随机分为对照组（常规护理）和观察组（人性化护理）各80例，对比两组临床护理效果。结果：观察组患者在心理状态改善、依从性、护理满意度等方面，要明显的优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：针对于围术期食管癌患者，采取人性化护理，不仅能够改善患者心理状态、提高依从率，还能提高护理满意度，值得临床应用和推广。 　　【关键词】 人性化护理； 围术期； 食管癌； 心理状态； 依从性 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.30.048 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）30-0096-03 　　Effect of Humanized Nursing Model on Perioperative Mental State and Compliance in Patients with Esophageal Cancer/HONG Yu-ping.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（30）：96-98 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To understand the effect of humanized nursing model on the psychological status and compliance of patients with perioperative esophageal cancer，and to lay a good foundation for the clinical treatment of esophageal cancer.Method：160 patients with esophageal cancer admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group（routine nursing） and observation group（human nursing），with each group 80 cases，compared the two groups of clinical care.Result：In the observation group，the patients were better than the control group in the improvement of mental state，compliance and nursing satisfaction，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：In the patients with perioperative esophageal cancer，human nursing can not only improve the psychological state，improve the compliance rate，but also improve the nursing satisfaction，worthy of clinical application and promotion. 　　【Key words】 Human care； Perioperative； Esophageal cancer； Mental state； Compliance 　　First-author’s address：The Third Hospital of Xiamen City，Xiamen 361000，China 　　食管癌是一种常见的消化道肿瘤，病因包括化学病因、生物性病因、微量元素与维生素缺乏、遗传易感因素、吸烟饮酒等因素，早期具有食物吞咽不适，存在食物停滞感、异物感等表现。中晚期具有进行性吞咽困难，食物不能吞咽、消瘦、乏力、持续胸或背部疼痛等?Y状，给患者的身心带来一定的影响[1]。处理原则以手术治疗为主，辅以放射、化学药物等综合治疗[2-3]。但是手术治疗对患者的生理、心理刺激性较大，导致患者出现不同程度的负面情绪，影响术后的康复效果，对此建议采取高效的人性化护理，在获得患者支持、配合的同时，更好的恢复身体健康。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　将笔者所在医院2014年1月-2016年7月收治的160例食管癌行手术治疗的患者当作观察的对象，将其随机
