优质护理在无痛胃肠镜麻醉患者中的应用 　　[摘要]目的 探索优质护理在无痛胃肠镜麻醉患者中的应用。方法 选取2015年7月22日～2016年7月22日我院收治实施无痛胃肠镜麻醉患者120例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各60例。观察组采用优质护理，对照组采用常规护理，比较两组患者的配合完成率、满意度、依从性、不良反应发生率及焦虑、抑郁水平。结果 观察组患者配合完成率、满意度、依从性高于对照组，不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；护理后观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对无痛胃肠镜麻醉患者实施优质护理，能够提高患者配合率，改善患者负面情绪，提高依从性，降低不良反应发生率。 　　[关键词]优质护理；无痛胃肠镜；麻醉 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）09（a）-0192-03 　　Application of high quality nursing in patients with gastrointestinal endoscope anesthesia 　　JIANG Xue-qin 　　Department of Painless Center，the Third Hospital of Nanchang in Jiangxi Province，Nanchang 330009，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the application of quality nursing in patients with painless gastrointestinal endoscope anesthesia.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent painless gastrointestinal anesthesia in our hospital from July 22th 2015 to July 22th 2016 were selected and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given routine nursing，while the observation group was given high quality nursing.The cooperate，nursing satisfaction，compliance，incidence of adverse reaction and anxiety and depression degeree were compared between two groups.Results The cooperate，nursing satisfaction，compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group，the incidence of adverse reaction was lower than that in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）；after nursing，the scores SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion It is possible to improve the patients′ cooperation rate，improve the negative emotions，improve the compliance and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with painless gastrointestinal endoscope anesthesia. 　　[Key words]Quality care；Painless gastrointestinal endoscope；Anesthesia 　　?o痛胃肠镜常用于诊疗溃疡、萎缩性胃炎、上腹痛等消化道疾病患者，能够及时发现患者癌
