优质护理服务对急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障手术患者的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨优质护理干预在急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障手术患者中的应用效果。 方法 随机抽取该院2016年4月―2017年4月收治的急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障手术患者70例，根据随机数字表法均分为两组：对照组35例给予常规护理，观察组35例加以优质护理，对比两组护理前后心理状况、术后并发症发生情况以及患者护理满意度。结果 观察组护理后的SAS评分和SDS评分分别为（35.53±3.36）分和（33.32±3.67）分，均显著低于对照组的（43.42±3.55）分和（42.12±3.80）分；观察组术后并发症发生率和患者护理满意度分别为5.71%和94.29% ，与对照组的14.29%和82.86%比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对于急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障手术患者，给予优质护理服务，可有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪，减少术后并发症发生率，提高患者护理满意度，有临床推广价值。 　　[关键词] 急性闭角型青光眼；优质护理；白内障 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）08（c）-0157-03 　　Effect of Excellent Nursing Service on the Patients with Acute Angle Closure Glaucoma and Cataract Surgery 　　JIANG Hai-lian 　　Department of Ophthalmology， Yantai Haigang Hospital， Yantai， Shandong Province， 264000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the application of excellent nursing service on the patients with acute angle closure glaucoma and cataract surgery.
