优质护理对肺心病患者情绪及生活质量的效果评价 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.19.82 　　摘 要 目的：探讨优质护理在肺源性心脏病（简称肺心病）患者情绪及生活质量的效果。方法：2012年6月-2013年6月收治肺心病患者120例，作为试验组，放置优质护理示范病房，通过对患者情绪及生活质量的评估，有针对性的对患者进行有效的护理干预。2010年6月-2011年12月收治肺心病患者120例，作为对照组，不实施优质护理病房。对两组患者的情绪及生活质量进行比较。结果：试验组负性情绪发生率明显低于对照组，生活质量明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：优质护理对肺心病患者实施后，患者情绪改善明显，生活质量评分明显提高，值得临床借鉴应用。 　　关键词 优质护理 肺心病 效果 　　Effect evaluation of high quality nursing on the mood and living quality of patients with pulmonary heart disease 　　Huang Fuxiang，Zeng Kun，Li Lichang 　　Shilong Boai Hospital Affiliated to Guangdong Medical College 523320 　　Abstract Objective：To explore the effect of high quality nursing on the mood and living quality of patients with pulmonary heart disease.Methods：120 cases with pulmonary heart disease were selected from June 2012 to June 2013.They were as the experimental group.They were placed in high quality nursing demonstration ward.Through the evaluation on the mood and living quality of patients，they were given effective nursing intervention.120 cases with pulmonary heart disease were selected from June 2010 to December 2011.They were as the control group.They were no placed high quality nursing demonstration ward.The mood and living quality of the two groups were compared.Results：In the experimental group，the incidence rate of negative emotion was significantly lower than that of the control group.The living quality was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The high quality nursing on the patients with pulmonary heart disease can obviously improve the emotion of patients.It can obviously improve the life quality score.It is worthy of clinical use. 　　Key words High quality nursing；Pulmonary heart disease；Effect 　　肺心病属于呼吸内科的常见病，临床多见、多发，尤其以老年人发病率高。肺心病多为慢性，主要是肺组织、肺动脉血管或胸廓的慢性病变引起肺结构和功能异常，产生肺血管阻力增加，肺动脉压力增高，使右心室肥厚与扩大，伴或不伴右心功能不全的心脏病[1]。此病多为老年患者，病程长，反复发作，合并症多，急性期紧急多变，严重影响日常生活和家庭和谐，也给患者的身心带来了双重伤害[2]。这也造成了大部分患者表现出诸多不良的情绪，严重
