优质护理对老年糖尿病肾病血液透析患者负面情绪的影响 　　DOI：10.16658/j.cnki.1672-4062.2017.05.131 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨优质护理对老年糖尿病肾病血液透析患者负面情绪的影响。方法 从该院于2013年10月―2016年10月间收治的糖尿病肾病血液透析老年患者中，随机选择210例作为该次实验的对象，通过电脑随机的方式，将该次实验纳入的210例患者，进行随机分组，其中研究组180例予以优质护理，常规组30例予以常规护理，分析两组患者护理效果。 结果 经过不同护理方法之后，虽然两组患者的抑郁、焦虑等负面情绪得到了显著改善，但研究组患者改善情况明显优于常规组，组间结果比较存在差异统计学意义（P0.05）。两组在护理满意度方面，也存在较为明显的差异（P0.05）。结论 临床治疗糖尿病肾病血液透析老年患者时，配以优质护理，可有效提升患者对护理的满意度，改善患者抑郁、焦虑等负面情绪，临床应用价值高，值得推?V。 　　[关键词] 优质护理；糖尿病肾病；血液透析；老年患者；负面情绪 　　[中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）03（a）-0131-02 　　Effect of Excellent Nursing on Negative Emotion of Senile Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy Hemodialysis 　　CUI Hong-zhen 　　Department of Blood Purification， Junan People’s Hospital， Linyi， Shandong Province， 276600 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of excellent nursing on negative emotion of senile patients with diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis. Methods 210 cases of senile patients with diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups， the research group with 180 cases adopted the excellent nursing， while the routine group with 30 cases adopted the routine nursing， and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results After nursing， the depression and anxiety scores of the two groups were obviously improved， but the improvement effect in the research group was obviously better than that in the routine group， and the differences between groups were statistically significant（P0.05）， and the difference in the nursing satisfactory degree between the two groups was obvious（P0.05）. Conclusion The excellent nursing for senile patients with diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis in clinical treatment can effectively improve the nursing satisfactory degree and improve the negative emotions of depression and anxiety， and the clinical application value is high， and it is worth promotion. 　　[Key words] Excellent nursing； Diab
