宫腹腔镜联合治疗盆腔粘连的手术配合分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨宫腹腔镜联合治疗盆腔粘连的手术配合方法。方法：选取本院收治的盆腔黏连患者60例，均行宫腹腔镜联合手术治疗。将患者随机分为研究组和常规组各30例，术后过程中给予常规组患者常规护理干预，研究组患者在常规护理模式的基础上进行综合护理。统计对比两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、护理满意度、手术成功率、并发症发生率等指标。结果：研究组患者各项手术指征、术后住院时间、并发症发生率均低于常规组，手术成功率和护理满意度均高于常规组，并发症发生率明显低于常规组，上述指标比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：术前、术中、术后均采用专业细致的护理措施是保证宫腹腔镜联合治疗盆腔黏连手术顺利的关键，熟练的手术配合可有效缩短手术时间、减少术中出血量及术后并发症发生率，提高手术成功率和对护理满意度，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 宫腔镜； 腹腔镜； 盆腔粘连； 手术配合 　　Analysis of Surgical Treatment of Pelvic Adhesion by Laparoscopy Combined with Hysteroscopy/GE Yang-hua.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（36）：099-101 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze surgical treatment of pelvic adhesion by laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy. Method： 60 patients with pelvic adhesions in our hospital were seleced， they were treated with palace of combined laparoscopic surgery. The patients were randomly divided into the study group and the routine group，each group had 30 patients. the routine group patients treated with postoperative conventional team interventions， the study group was given comprehensive care on the basis of general nursing model. The intraoperative bleeding and postoperative hospitalization time， care， satisfaction， success rate， complication rates of the two groups were compared. Result：The study group patients with indications for surgery and hospitalization time， complication rate were significantly lower than the routine group， success rate and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than the routine group， complication rate was significantly lower than the routine group，the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion：Preoperative，intraoperative and postoperative care measures are the key to ensure the smooth operation of the palace laparoscopy combined with laparoscopy， skilled operation can shorten the operation time， reduce the amount of bleeding and postoperative complications， improve the success rate of operation and nursing satisfaction， it is worthy of clinical promotion.
