依那普利叶酸片治疗血管性痴呆伴H型高血压的效果分析 　　摘 要：目的 探究血管性痴呆（VD）伴H型高血压应用依那普利叶酸片的治疗效果。方法 选取我院2015年4月～2016年4月收治的VD伴H型高血患者64例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组32例。对照组给予依那普利片治疗，观察组给予依那普利叶酸片治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后血清Hcy、BP水平以及MMSE评分变化情况。结果 两组患者治疗后血清Hcy、BP水平均有所下降，观察组血清Hcy水平为（10.83±1.49）μmol/L，明显低于对照组的（18.42±0.35）μmol/L，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；两组患者治疗后MMSE评分均有所提高，观察组的评分为（20.83±2.49）分，高于对照组的（17.87±2.46）分，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 AD伴H型高血压患者使用依那普利叶酸片的治疗效果明显优于依那普利片，极大改善了患者的血清Hcy水平和血压，患者精神状态较好，具有较高的应用价值。 　　关键词：血管性痴呆伴H型高血压；依那普利叶酸片；依那普利片 　　中图分类号：R714.22 文献标识码：A DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1006-1959.2018.03.046 　　文章编号：1006-1959（2018）03-0132-02 　　Abstract：Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of enalapril folic acid tablets in patients with vascular dementia （VD） and H type hypertension. Methods 64 patients with VD with H Hyperthyroidism admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group，with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with enalapril tablets and the observation group with enalapril folic acid tablet. The changes of serum Hcyn BP level and MMSE score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Two groups of patients after treatment，serum Hcy，BP levels were decreased，the observation group serum hcy level（10.83±1.49）μmol/L，significantly lower than the control group（18.42±0.35）μmol/L，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）；The MMSE score were improved after treatment in two groups， the observation group score（20.83±2.49）points，the control group was higher than that of（17.87±2.46）points，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of using enalapril folic acid tablets in patients with H type hypertension is better than that of enalapril tablets. It can greatly improve the serum Hcy level and blood pressure of the patients， and the mental state of the patients is better than that of enalapril tablets.
