信息―动机―行为技巧模型对血液透析患者心理情绪的影响 　　[摘要]目的 研究分析??用信息-动机-行为技巧模型和聚焦解决模式对血液透析患者的心理情绪的影响。方法 选取2017年4～12月在我院门诊进行血液透析患者90例，按照随机数字表法分为技巧组、聚焦组和对照组，各30例。对照组患者给予常规的心理护理措施，技巧组患者在常规护理措施基础上增加信息-动机-行为技巧模型干预，聚焦组患者给予聚焦解决模式进行干预，采用自制问卷方法，分析患者护理干预前后各项生化指标的改变以及患者心理情绪的变化、患者满意度。结果 技巧组和聚焦组两组患者的相关生化检查结果指标均优于对照组，技巧组与对照组比较，干预前差异无统计学意义（P0.05），干预后差异有统计学意义（P0.05），对照组、技巧组、聚焦组患者的总满意度分别为76.67%、93.33%、93.33%，对照组与技巧组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 实施信息-动机-行为技巧模型干预措施及聚焦解决模式干预措施的实施均可提高患者的治疗效果和患者的满意度，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词]信息-动机-行为技巧模型；聚焦解决模式；血液透析；心理情绪 　　[中图分类号] R473.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）3（b）-0185-03 　　Effect of information-motivation-behavior technique model on mental emotions in hemodialysis patients 　　XIE Li-ying ZHOU Jin-lan HU Xiao-jiu ZHAO Chong-ming 　　Hemodialysis Room，People′s Hospital of Chongren County，Jiangxi Province，Chongren 344200，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To study the influence of applying information-motivation-behavioral skills model and focusing solution mode on the psycho-emotional status of hemodialysis patients.Methods From April to December 2017，90 hemodialysis patients in our hospital were enrolled in the study.According to the randomized grouping method，the patients were divided into the skill group，the focus group and the control group，30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine psychological care measures.The skills group added information-motivation-behavioral skills model interventions based on routine nursing measures，Focus group was used on focus on solving the mode of intervention，the use of self-made questionnaires，analysis of patient biochemical changes before and after nursing intervention，as well as changes in patients with psychological and emotional，that is，patient satisfaction.Results Compared with the control group，the indexes of biochemical test results in the two groups of skill group and focus group were better than those of the control group.There was no significant difference between the skill group and the control group before intervention（P0.05
