摘 要 我国油田多为多层系、非均质构造,采用注水开发方式。由于层系多,各油层的物性差异较大,生产能力也不一样,在多层采时,存在着较为严重的层间干扰问题。必须设法消除层间干扰。为此我们设计了分层有杆抽油系统,充分发挥各油层的生产潜能。 分层有杆抽油系统彻底解决了多层系、非均质构造油田的层间干扰问题,达到了适度开采高压高含水层,同时充分发挥低压、低渗透、低含水层的生产潜力,延长油田稳产期,提高油田整体经济效益的目的。所设计的分层有杆抽油系统由抽油机、实心抽油杆、空心抽油杆、空心泵、管式泵、调距式封隔器、油管、套管及附件组成。论文中详细的介绍了各部分的设计过程及相关部件的选取和参数的优选。 关键词 :分层采油;封隔器;抽油泵;抽油杆 Abstract The our country oil-field fastens for many layer much, not all quality structure, adopt to note the boiling hair method. Must try to remove an interference of layer. For this we designed the layering contain pole take out the oil system, full develop the production potential of each oil layer. The layering contain pole take out the oil system thoroughly resolved many layers department, not all the quality constructs the oil-field of an interference of layer problem, come to a the moderation to mine the high production potential with layer of water, at the same time full exertive low pressure, low permeate, low contain layer of water of high pressure, the extension oil-field is steady to produce the period, the exaltation oil-field purpose of the whole and economic performance. The layering design contain pole take out the oil system from take out the oil machine, solid center to take out the oil pole, hollow take out the oil pole, hollow pump, tube type pump and adjust the be apart from type to seal to separate the machine, pipeline, a tube and enclosures to constitute. Introduced the optimization of the design process of each part and the selection and parameter of the related parts detailed in the thesis.
