PAGE 浅析我国中小企业融资难问题及对策 摘 要 改革开放以来，我国中小企业迅速崛起发展壮大。从中小企业为社会所做的贡献来看，中小企业占全国企业总数的99%，创造GDP增长占60%以上，出口创汇占60%以上，税收超过50%，提供的就业岗位达80%以上，在确保国民经济稳定增长、增加税收、缓解就业压力、优化经济结构、扩大出口和转移农村剩余劳动力等方面的作用越来越重要。但是自全球经济危机爆发以来，我国的中小企业便遭到了前所未有的冲击，中小企业的生存与发展面临着严峻的挑战，融资难问题已经成为严重制约着中小企业发展的瓶颈。解决了融资难的问题，也就解决了中小企业的生存与发展难题。 首先，本文阐述了我国现阶段中小企业融资的现状。 其次，对我国中小企业融资难的状况进行客观分析。 最后，根据对解决中小企业融资难的问题的分析提出自己对于解决这一问题的对策。 关键词：中小企业，融资难，对策 Analyses of the small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficulties and countermeasures Abstract Since the reform and opening up, Chinas small and medium-sized enterprise development and growth rapid rise. First of all, this paper expounds the present situation of the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises at present. Second, the medium and small enterprises in China to financing objective analysis of the situation.
