浅析国内酒店人引进与培养现状论文

摘要
在全球化、网络化的背景之下,我国国内酒店业所处的环境日趋多元化,对酒店人才的需求日益旺盛,酒店需要人才的力量来维持自身的健康发展。
随着酒店业的不断发展,酒店人才引进与培养已经成为整个酒店业的重要组成部分。为了应对竞争日益激烈的市场环境,酒店对人才的知识、能力以及素质提出了更高层次的要求,但是就目前的形势进行分析的话,目标单一,不能满足现有不同层次酒店的需求;对酒店行业本质属性的认识教育不够;专业课程设计和教学与酒店业人才需求脱节;培训内容有待创新等问题已经成为制约酒店业发展的瓶颈。引进以及培养符合社会需求的酒店人才已经成为高等院校以及酒店业面临的一个紧迫而又艰巨的任务,我国高等院校以及酒店对人才引进与培养应紧跟市场需求。因此,本文通过了解国内酒店人才引进与培养现状,试图探索出一条适合中国国情的人才引进与培养模式。

Abstract
Under the globalization, network of background, Chinas hotel industry environment has become increasingly diversified, the hotel talent demand, hotel need talent strength to maintain the healthy development of their own.
With the continuous development of the hotel industry, an important component of the hotel introduction and training of talents has become the hotel industry. In order to cope with the increasingly fierce competition in the market environment, put forward the higher demand for talents knowledge, ability of hotel and quality, but is analyzed, the present situation of target single, can not meet the current demand of different levels of the hotel; understanding of educational essence of the hotel industry is not enough; curriculum design and teaching and the hotel industry talent demand; training content to be innovation and other issues have become a bottleneck restricting the development of the hotel industry. The introduction and training meet the social needs of hotel talent has become the face of institutions of higher learning and hotel industry is an urgent and difficult task, and training in Colleges and universities in China and the hotel to the talent introduction should closely follow the market demand. Therefore, in this paper, through the understanding of domestic hotel talent introduction and training situation, trying to explore a suitable for Chinas national conditions of talent introduction and training mode.
