关于子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产术中产后出血效果研究 　　[摘要] 目的 通过比较剖宫产术中产后出血中常规止血和子宫背带式缝合的临床治疗效果。方法 方便选取该院2015年5月―2017年2月期间收治的150例剖宫产术中产后出血产妇，依据双盲法将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组75例。对比两组产妇的临床效果、术中出血量、手术时间、术后并发症发生情况以及产妇满意度指标。结果 观察组临床有效率为97.33%，远高于对照组72.00%的临床有效率（P0.05）；观察组术后并发症发生率为6.67%，远低于对照组25.33%的术后并发症发生率（P0.05）；观察组产妇满意度为94.67%，远高于对照组70.67%的产妇满意度（P0.05）；观察组产后出血量和手术用时显著低于对照组（P0.05）。结论 采用子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产术中产后出血具有明显优势，临床意义显著，建议推广应用。 　　[关键词] 剖宫产；术中产后出血；子宫背带式缝合术；临床效果 　　[中图分类号] R719 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）09（b）-0077-03 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to compare the clinical efficacy of routine hemostasis and uterine strap suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section. Methods 150 cases of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section in this hospital from May 2015 to February 2017 were convenient selected. According to the double blind method， these patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group， with 75 cases in each group. The clinical effect， intraoperative bleeding volume， operation time， postoperative complications and maternal satisfaction index were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effective rate of observation group was 97.33%， much higher than the control group of 72.00%（P0.05）； the incidence of postoperative complications was 6.67% in observation group， much lower than the control group of 25.33%（P0.05）； the satisfaction degree in the observation group was 94.67%， far higher than the control group of 70.67%（P0.05）； postpartum hemorrhage and the operation time in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）.
